FOR CLOTHING

Our return policy allows for free alterations within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for an alteration, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn or unused, and have all the necessary tags.

Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase on hand. If you would like to start a return, please contact harmony@hmoneyfactory.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can work to correct it before the 14 day return period.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

Unfortunately, there are no refunds for Made-to-Order or custom made pieces. For all other items, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For digital products

REFUNDS & EXPIRED LINKS

We have a 72-hour return period for refunds on digital goods like patterns.

It's important to note that digital products do have an expiration date. If you encounter any issues accessing a previous purchase, feel free to email harmony@hmoneyfactory.com to receive a new link.
